Printed agitation materials regulations were stated in Saransk

On the eve of the elections printed agitation materials will be placed on special billboards in Saransk. The decision was made by Saransk Administration. They approved the list of stands were the materials can be placed.

 

The materials are prohibited to be placed on street lightings and contact systems, on the fences, trees, municipal transport, memorials, obelisks, buildings and in the rooms that are of historical, culture of architectural value.
